Every space should tell a story It's our job to illustrate it

When collaborating with High Road Production, you join a frequency of obsession. Objects become emotional through vision. That's the alchemy of our work.

Our process

Strategy

Storyboard and conceptualise with liberty. We familiarise and construct a narrative to communicate your vision.

Pre production

When we say the little things matter, we mean it. Here, logistics are coordinated, talents/props are organised and every variable is calibrated to execute the vision without compromise.

Production

This is where obsession materialises. We capture with precision and intention, every frame, every light, every movement engineered to extract emotion from the material world.

Post-production

We don't finish the story; we distil it. Colour, sound, rhythm, and cut converge to transform raw footage into the narrative that lives in your space.

Harrison

Director

Harrison

The origin

Harrison started filming at eleven. What began with an entry-level camera became a lifelong obsession, one grounded in curiosity, repetition, and an uncompromising eye for detail.

Career

Years later, when conflicted between a creative or corporate career path, he noticed a gap in Newcastle's property market: a gap between what clients deserved and what they were getting. The problem? A red sea of media providers churning out volume-based content for a quick buck. He founded High Road to do the opposite: thoughtful creative direction.

Ethos

When it comes to property, I'm a straight nerd, and unapologetically so. I stand firm on the belief that those obsessed beat those who are talented, but blending both into the work we curate has been pivotal. Energy is everything to me. The best work we output is achieved through relationships that align on values. We operate to deliver the best, not the most, and clients which share this approach are never disappointed with the results we achieve. When it's not business, I'm all about food and movement. You can't deliver excellence consistently if you're running on fumes. Taking care of myself outside the business is how I perform within it.

Ash

Post Production Specialist

Ash

The origin

Ash doesn't have your typical story. A paralysing spinal injury fundamentally changed his life, but it didn't define it. What followed was a choice: to find something worth pouring himself into. He found editing.

Career

The craft suits him. It demands precision, patience, and an obsessive eye for detail. It's something he can control, and something he can master. Despite hardships, he shows up with a smile and undeniable hunger.

Ethos

He's here because he loves the work and because he provides for his family. That combination drives everything. The best editors aren't chasing accolades; they're the ones who show up every day because they care deeply about the output. Ash is both. Ash may struggle to walk, but there's no denying he's got some serious motion when it comes to the creative world.

Nicky

Operations Manager

Nicky

The origin

Nicky has been running numbers across large-scale operations for longer than most people have been in their careers. She's seen plenty of systems break, plenty of processes fail, and all the panic that comes with growth. When Harrison founded High Road, she was there, not because she needed a job, but because she understood what was being built.

Career

Years before that, Nicky spent the majority of her life caring for her sick mother. That's where her real-life experience came from. Not from spreadsheets or P&Ls, but from showing up consistently for someone who needed her. It taught her patience, resilience, and something deeper: emotional intelligence. How to read a room, how to know when someone's drowning, and how to steady them without making it obvious.

Ethos

That's what she brings to High Road. She keeps the operations tight and the people grounded. She sees both: the numbers and the humans behind them. She's family by blood and by choice, in every other way that matters.
