  • Analytics data — non-identifying technical information such as device type, browser, referring page, pages viewed, and approximate location (derived from IP), collected via privacy-respecting analytics tools.
  • Embedded media and third-party content — when you view embedded video (e.g. Vimeo, YouTube) or load web fonts and other third-party assets, those providers may set cookies or log requests directly with your browser.
  • Correspondence — records of emails, calls and messages exchanged with us during the course of a project or enquiry.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and prepare quotes or proposals.

4. Cookies and analytics

Our site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. These are used for essential site functionality, basic analytics, and content embedded from third parties such as Vimeo, YouTube and font providers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, however parts of the site (such as embedded video) may not function correctly without them.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with third parties where necessary to run our business, including:

  • Hosting, email and form providers that store data on our behalf.
  • Analytics providers used to measure site performance.
  • Embedded media providers (e.g. Vimeo, YouTube) when you choose to play their content.
  • Professional advisors (accountants, lawyers) and government authorities where required by law.

6. Overseas storage

Some of the service providers we rely on may store data on servers located outside Australia. Where this is the case, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient handles your personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

7. How we store and protect your information

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. This includes using reputable service providers, restricting internal access, and securely deleting information when it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected (subject to any legal retention obligations).

8. Your rights

You have the right to request access to, and correction of, the personal information we hold about you. You may also ask us to delete information that we no longer need to retain. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable period.
